We have made every effort to display accurate images of our products on nambe.com. However, the colors and renderings of personalization options you see on your monitor may vary from the actual product, depending on your monitor's capabilities and settings. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of color and renderings of personalization options will be an exact match to the actual product.

We reserve the right limit quantities and to refuse any order you place with us. Description and Price of Products
We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on our website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto our system. Although we aim to keep our website as up to date as possible, the information, including the descriptions of Products, appearing on our website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the time you place your order.
The images of the Products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colors accurately reflect the color of the Products. Your Products may vary slightly from those images.
Our website contains a large number of Products. It is always possible that, despite our reasonable efforts, some of the Products on our site may be incorrectly priced. We cannot confirm the price of a Product until the order is accepted by us. If we discover an error in the price of the Products you have ordered we will inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the Product at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing. Please note that if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as a mispricing, we do not have to provide the Products to you at the incorrect (lower) price.
Prices for our Products may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order that we have confirmed with a Shipping Confirmation.
The price of a Product does not include sales tax (where applicable). Sales tax will be added to the order total for Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Texas and Washington purchases on checkout.
The price of a Product does not include delivery charges. Our delivery charges are as quoted in these Terms.
We try to ensure that each Product has the correct stock status and availability however, we cannot guarantee this. All Products shown on our site are subject to availability. We will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if the Product you have ordered is not available and we will not process your order.
Promotional Details & Disclaimers
Sales and promotions are a limited time offer and on a “while supplies lasts” basis. Offer good while supplies last. Offer is non-transferrable and may not be resold. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time. Offer limited to one per customer and account. Offer may not be combined with other offers. Shipping charges and taxes may apply to the full value of discounted and free promotional items. If the offer has a minimum purchase requirement, taxes, and shipping and handling, do not apply when determining the minimum purchase amount. If any of the products or content related to an offer are returned, your refund will equal the amount you paid for the product, subject to applicable refund policies. Offer discount will be allocated proportionally among all promotional items in your order. This promotion or offer is valid within the date. Sale exclusions apply. Excluded collections: Grande Collections, Discounted items, Flash Sale items, Sale items, and Clearance. Nambé does not price match and does not do price adjustments on previously placed orders. If gift is provided with purchase and you wish to return an order or item which qualified for a gift with purchase, the transaction can only be fully refunded if the gift with purchase item is also returned (otherwise the value of the free gift will be subtracted from the refund). Any free gift cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of a discount. Select items in Sale category are marked down and subject to change. Buy X, Get Y Promotions will be given on a higher price prevails structure.
Warranty
We endeavor to secure high standards of materials and workmanship. If you receive any Products from us in which any defect of materials or workmanship is shown to have existed at the time of dispatch by us, you should notify us in writing at the address or email address shown below in the Contact section immediately and no later than 28 days from delivery. Following receipt of such notification (and if we require, return of the defective Products) we will provide you with replacement Products free of charge or offer you a refund for the affected Products.
The above warranty will not apply to:
- Products supplied as sale goods;
- Products supplied as part of a promotion;
- Products described as not of first quality;
- Any defect in the Products arising from:
- fair wear and tear;
- willful damage, incorrect handling or storage, misuse, accident, negligence by you or any third party;
- use other than recommended by us and/or failure to follow our instructions; or
- any incorrect information or specification supplied by you; and
- Products for which you have defaulted on payment or are in breach of any obligations under these Terms.
The above warranty does not extend to Products not manufactured by us in respect of which you shall only be entitled to the benefit of any such warranty or guarantee as is given by the manufacturer to us and can be transferred.

Mobile Terms & Conditions
Nambé offers its customers mobile marketing alerts regarding specials, product updates and cart reminders by SMS message (the "Service") on 50463. By participating in the Service, you are agreeing to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
- Signing Up and Opting-In to the Service
Enrollment in the Service requires you to provide your mobile phone number and to agree to these terms and conditions. You may not enroll if you are under 18 years old. Before the Service will start, you will need to agree to these Terms. Nambé reserves the right to stop offering the Service at any time with or without notice.
By opting into the Service, you:
A. Authorize Nambé to use auto dialer or non-auto dialed technology to send recurring text messages to the mobile phone number associated with your opt-in (i.e., the number listed on the opt-in form or, if none, the number from which you send the opt-in, or, if none, the number on file for the account associated with your opt-in).
B. Acknowledge that you do not have to agree to receive messages as a condition of purchase.
C. Confirm that you are the subscriber to the relevant phone number or that you are the customary user of that number on a family or business plan and that you are authorized to opt in. Consent to the use of an electronic record to document your opt-in. Please consult your service agreement with your wireless carrier or contact your wireless carrier to determine your phone's pricing plan and the charges for sending and receiving text messages. You acknowledge that you are responsible for any message, data or other charges incurred (usage, subscription, etc.) as a result of using the Service.
Supported carriers are AT & T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Virgin Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, Alltel, Cincinnati Bell, Cellcom, C-Spire, nTelos, MetroPCS, and other smaller regional carriers. The Service may not be available on all wireless carriers. Nambé may add or remove any wireless carrier from the Service at any time without notice. Nambé mobile carriers are not responsible for any undue delays, failure of delivery, or errors in messages. - To Stop The Service
To stop receiving text messages from Nambé, text the word STOP to 50463 any time or reply STOP to any of the text messages you have received from Nambé. After texting STOP to 50463, you will receive one additional message confirming that your request has been processed.
